  • Holiday

Used a cabin and have been perfectly satisfied with the trip. Please provide more vegetarian food.

  • Perfect

    [Translated from French]
Very pleasant and smiling staff on board.
    Schedules respected.
Cabin clean and in good condition, restaurant much better than the self.
The only thing missing is a space for children.

  • Delay in progression

Delayed first 3 hours, then became 4, then 4.5. Result? skipped the 200 km round trip I had to make in the afternoon, skipped hotel reservation already made and charged on the credit card, anguished reservation of a fallback hotel in Igoumenitsa (which turned out to be a dump) , anguish because obviously until the last minute the connection was down and because there were so many of us in the same situation...
Not really good, I would say.

  • Night crossing Heraklion - Athens

Very good organization, pleasant staff, comfortable cabin, no worries.

  • Traumatic experience!

The whole trip was shocking (05.08.2022 Igoumenitsa-Ancona), it was the first time we didn't know how to book a cabin, and so we lived "hell"! As Tom explained below, there were people lying everywhere, without any common sense rules and the staff was absent, and even worse was the disembarkation in Ancona, total chaos and dangerous for both passengers and drivers.

  • A Nightmare Experience!

I didn't have a cabin, but I wasn't the only one. The whole ship was like a refugee camp with people lying around everywhere. In the corridors, bar, restaurant, anywhere there was a space, was very over crowded and there was no space or facilities set aside for those without a private cabin... I was shocked at how people were simply allowed to lay down anywhere. The toilets were constantly blocked making it very unpleasant to have to use the bathroom. When we finally arrived to Ancona there was an announcement we'd arrived. Suddenly everyone was lined up blocking the stairwell trying to get off. No-one was guiding the drivers to their cars, in fact there was no staff to be found that I could see..It was chaos!... It took me 60 minutes to find and get to my car!

  • All good

Excellent and comfortable ship and crossing. Friendly and sociable staff.

  • Late departure and lack of communication!

We were very disappointed with our crossing between Ancona and Patras on Sunday September 19th. Indeed the boat arrived at the port of Ancona with a certain delay already and the embarkation lasted more than 2 hours, so we left with a delay of almost 3 hours. No communication was made to us and we were in the total unknown for our time of arrival. We had to take another boat at the Piraeus port and couldn't catch it which cost us a hotel night and a lot of stress. Very disappointed!
