Fast Ferries

Since its establishment in 1989, Fast Ferries has been a stalwart provider of quality ferry services in Greece, experiencing rapid development in recent years. Presently, the company operates ferry lines that connect the port of Rafina to the Cyclades, specifically Naxos, Paros, Mykonos, Tinos, and Andros. This ferry route operates year-round, underscoring the company's commitment to safety and reliability. During the summer months, an additional seasonal ferry line from the Piraeus port of Athens to the Cyclades is also in operation.

In 2007, Fast Ferries introduced the ferry Theologos P. (with a capacity for 1154 passengers and 300 cars) to service the route from Rafina to Mykonos, with stops at Andros and Tinos. Building on this success, in 2012, the company launched a second ferry on the same route, Ekaterini P. (with a capacity for 1127 passengers and 240 cars), ensuring two daily itineraries from the port of Rafina to the islands of Andros, Tinos, and Mykonos.

The Fast Ferries Andros, inaugurated in 2015 (with a capacity for 1200 passengers and 280 cars), further expanded the company's capabilities. The most recent addition is the high-speed vessel Thunder.

The ferries of Fast Ferries are equipped with a range of facilities, including different seat types, garages, shops, and special facilities catering to passengers with disabilities.

Fast Ferries extends ticket discounts to various passenger categories, fostering accessibility. Discounts are available for families with three or more children, infants, and students, ensuring a diverse range of travelers can benefit from their services.

  • Nice cruise

    [Translated from French]
Comfortable boat, very clean. Only complaint: the air conditioning is too strong, we left at 7:05 in the morning and were freezing...

  • Good service

    [Translated from Spanish]
Punctual and good service. Many seats are available, with their respective space to leave the suitcases and travel comfortably.

    [Original message]

I liked my crossing with your company. I also liked the catering service.

  • Disappointed

I booked 3 tickets through its company, from Andros to Paros in a bussiness class lounge. The ferry was cancelled (fastferry) at the same day (august 15). The office at Andros port changed our tickets, but was in 2 ferrys (andros to mykonos and other mykonos to Paros). Was very inconfortable get off at Mykonos, wait more than half an hour in the sun, etc etc., Where is my bussiness class lounge??? I booked in a direct ferry!
I just received a message reporting about the cancellaion. No compensation…

  • Fast, efficient, punctual

    Syros > Mykonos 19 August 2022

The ferry "Thunder" arrived on time and we boarded quickly. The ship is modern and comfortable with helpful staff and good catering facilities.

  • Excellent at everything

    [Translated from Greek]
We travelled with the Thunder to Naxos and from Naxos back to Piraeus.
The ship is brand new, the garage is spotlessly clean and tidy. We parked first in a decent space without the usual maneuvers and attempts of the crew to cram as many cars as possible into the garages.
The lounges were very comfortable, with nice new seats. The bars had everything and the staff were polite.
The internet was problematic and required a code which we got from reception for 2-3 euros.
The televisions were playing without a voice thankfully.
Masks and anti-coronavirus security measures were applied everywhere.
We had an excellent travel experience and will definitely seek to take Thunder again on future trips.

  • Travel Rafina Andros

Punctual, comfortable, reasonable price, I recommend!
