Sea Jets

Seajets stands as the preeminent company in the realm of high-speed vessels in the Aegean Sea. Originating as a collaborative effort in 1989, this joint venture of speedboats initially set sail with the primary objective of providing comprehensive shipping services. Since 2002, Seajets' passenger ferries have intricately woven a network, linking over 26 destinations within the Aegean Sea.

The fleet of Seajets is a formidable force, comprising 14 high-speed catamarans and 3 conventional vessels, each boasting an impressive speed of up to 50 knots. These vessels seamlessly connect key ports such as Athens (Piraeus, Rafina, and Lavrion), mainland locales (Thessaloniki, Kavala, Peloponnese), and Crete (Rethymno and Heraklion) to an array of islands, including the Cyclades (Mykonos, Santorini, Paros, Naxos, and more), the Sporades, and the Northern Aegean Islands. Timetables undergo annual renewal in anticipation of the tourist season, ensuring daily connectivity.

Seajets' vessels are meticulously designed to deliver swift and comfortable journeys, catering to both island residents and visitors. With amenities like air-conditioned interiors, open-deck seating or indoor lounges (depending on the vessel), business facilities, and bars-restaurants, passengers experience a blend of efficiency and comfort. The high-speed ferries collectively accommodate up to 20,000 passengers, complemented by garages with a capacity for 3,500 vehicles. Notably, the ferry WorldChampion Jet has earned the distinction of being the fastest ferry in Greece.

The acclaim for Seajets extends beyond its operational prowess. In 2018, the company was honored with the prestigious title of ""Passenger Line of the Year"" at the Lloyd’s List Greek Shipping Awards, a testament to its commitment to excellence in the maritime domain.

  • Santorini - Athens

    [Translated by Ferriesingreece]
Simple and easy booking. Comfortable boat.
Well-received text message informing of a 30-minute delay.
However, two hours late in the end, a bit surprised for a fast boat. Not satisfied considering the price.

  • Boarding process needs improvement

The on boarding / off boarding of people and cars at the same time seemed chaotic and unhealthy. We were stuck in a tight claustrophobic space with cars trying to get out all around us. Maybe there should be better enforcement of just people with cars first, then progress to people on foot. Other than that, it was a great experience.

  • It can be improved

    [Translated by Ferriesingreece]
Punctuality and smooth sailing without too many bumps, but the quality of seating and ambiance on board can definitely be improved.

  • Very good

Quite a long trip but comfortable given that the sea was very choppy.
Seats Ok although many will complain that not enough space. It wasn’t a problem for my family.
    Organisation was fine.
    Good overall experience.

  • Great!

First rate. On time, no hassles, comfortable.
    A pleasant trip all round.

  • Awful seat

    [Translated by Ferriesingreece]
My seat was the first one forward.
It was the worst seat on the whole boat. I had no room to stretch out my legs as there was a return from a wall.
    A real disaster!
It's a disgrace to sell a seat like this and charge the same price as the others!!!

  • The worst

Always late, the boats are old and dangerous, the staff very rude. Never again!

  • Lost Iphone - world class service!

On route from Sifnos to Milos a young member of the family forgot an Iphone on the ferry! It appears she had left it in the seat pocket - I called the head office and first got an (in my opinion) not so helpful man on the line, he insisted that I should write an email to Seajets lost and found as he could not contact the crew or do anything... with lost hopes I nevertheless wrote an email describing the situation - and within 3 hours I got a reply back from Milena from customer service that informed me that the staff on Champion Jet 2 had found the phone! I could not believe my luck! Customer Service followed up on the case until we had picked up the phone in the agreed spot! Well done SeaJet this is world class customer service! Many thanks to Milena for saving the remained of our holiday in Greece!
